Eric Kohner is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified True Colors (TC - Myers-Briggs in colors) Trainer and a Keynote Speaker. He is also a Senior Trainer of CTI. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer, Eric worked for 20 years in the entertainment industry appearing on stage as well as in film and television. Eric was born in New York City and was a taxi driver in the Big Apple early on in his acting career. He still carries a New York edge from those days, which he uses in service of his clients’ transformation. He has broken new ground in leadership development by applying his acting expertise to his leadership work. Eric is one of the pioneers of the coaching profession and has trained thousands of coaches in Asia, Africa, America, Europe, and the Middle East. He is known as a walking coach encyclopedia. Eric loves swimming and dancing merengue.

Pim Harder is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a Certified Organization, Relationship & Systems Coach (ORSC) from the Center of Right Relationship, and a Certified consultant for The Leadership Circle Profile. He holds a Bachelor degree in Education and is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration. He is based in The Netherlands and works internationally. Prior to becoming a coach, he worked as a teacher with Special Education Students. Education is his passion. Pim has trained and coached hundreds of teachers, principals, and teams. He loves cycling, being outdoors, and cooking.

AP Hubbard has completed his Co-active Coaching courses and is currently waiting to start his certification program from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He worked as a Public School Teacher for more than 20 years. He taught Geometry at the adult school level. He loved Math because there was never just one way to solve a problem. This enabled his students to come to the answer using the best way to solve problems for them. He has worked with Developmentally Disabled Adults using Drama, Art, and Music Expression. He currently enjoys performing stand-up comedy in Los Angeles area.

Carlyne Odicta - Kohner is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a Certified True Colors (TC- Myers-Briggs in colors) Trainer. She was born and raised in the Philippines. She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education and she has taught at Educational Institutions in Visayas and Metro Manila, Philippines. She also taught in Los Angeles, California. She is the heart of the LCT company. Carlyne has trained leaders and teachers using her Heart-based Coaching (HBC) program. She enjoys dancing hula and loves gardening.
