We offer the following program for Teachers:
We offer the following program for Teachers:
♥ 2-hour Program - discovering the Teacher's Wheel (or other Teacher’s tools) + practicing Heart-based Coaching skills (HBC) using ALIMA Model (Asking Powerful Questions, Listening, Intuition, Mindfulness, Acknowledgement). You will experience being coached and coach another teacher.
♥ 1-day Program – discovering some of the Teachers’ tools, HBC skills, + more practice of ALIMA Model. You will experience being coached, being observed, and coach another teacher.
♥ 2-day Program – the same as 1 day program + deepening the learning of HBC skills.
Coaching Training for Educators
We train teachers on their professional development. We teach coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
HBC for Teachers - this workshop teaches transformational fun Social, Personal, Emotional Learning Skills (SPELS) and aptitudes to teachers that develop their student’s right and left brain growth. With this training, teachers are better equipped to address cultural diversity, children-at-risk, students with learning disabilities, regular students as well as gifted students. This program creates learning at a deep experiential level that is sustainable and results in distinct behavioral changes. Coaching is one of the most important skills for maximizing and sustaining teachers’ performance.
